Account & Data Deletion Request

Effective: March 1, 2026

Soanrok provides two ways for users to delete their account and all associated personal data at any time. Please follow the instructions below.

Option 1. In-App Deletion (Recommended, Immediate)

1-A. Full Account Deletion

  1. Open the Soanrok app
  2. Go to Settings from the bottom menu
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation, and all related data is permanently erased automatically.

1-B. Partial Data Deletion (Keep Account)

You can delete specific items while keeping your account active.

Deleted items are permanently removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 2. Email Request

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, please contact us via email.

Subject: [Soanrok] Account & Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Email address used at sign-up
  • Sign-in method (Google / Apple / Kakao)
  • Scope: full account deletion or partial deletion (specify items: diary / person / relationship, etc.)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Requests are processed within 7 business days after identity verification. We will reply once deletion is complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Data Retained Under Applicable Law

The following items are retained for a limited period as required by law and then automatically deleted.
