Account & Data Deletion

Soanrok provides two ways for users to delete their account and all associated personal data at any time. Please follow the instructions below.

Option 1. In-App Deletion (Recommended, Immediate)

Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation, and all related data is permanently erased automatically.

You can delete specific items while keeping your account active.

Delete an individual diary entry: Open the entry from the diary list → top-right menu → Delete
Delete a registered person: Open the person from the relationship graph → detail screen → Delete
Delete relationships: From the relationship graph, edit the connection → Delete

Deleted items are permanently removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, please contact us via email.

Please include:

Email address used at sign-up
Sign-in method (Google / Apple / Kakao)
Scope: full account deletion or partial deletion (specify items: diary / person / relationship, etc.)
Reason for deletion (optional)

Requests are processed within 7 business days after identity verification. We will reply once deletion is complete.

The following items are retained for a limited period as required by law and then automatically deleted.

These records are stored in a non-identifiable form and are automatically deleted when the retention period expires.
